Conclusion

I did enjoy going through the lessons on the 2.0 challenge. Learning about new technology is fun. The only part that kind of confused me is that there is so much, so many choices that is makes it more difficult than if we were limited to a few. I think I tried to make it harder than it was, which was part of my problem. I now have some "tools" to use in other applications, so I do believe that it was a worthwhile learning experience. Thank you.

Wikis

We could go crazy with this one. They Wyoming authors site really impressed me. Maybe we could add Montana authors to our library website, and then people could comment about the Montana books they have read. I am sure more books about Montana would be circulating.

Del.icio.us

This will be very useful, I can tell already. The shortcuts which I am learning about are a timesaver. I am still playing around with this site so that I can learn more about it.

You Tube

http://www.bigthink.com/ Exploring You Tube sight did not reveal anything that I was particularly interested in, so I went on to Big Think and found a video on politics which I am very much interested in.

Sunsets are awesome

I found this picture of a sunset (sunsets are my favorite in nature) and wanted to share it. Sunsets are inspirational to me. Hope you like it too!

Lesson three completed

I am all finished with Lesson 3!! Yeah. Next one will be easier, I hope.

Now I am ready to comment on the 71/2 habits. The hardest one for me is to View Problems as Challenges. I do like to challenge myself, because that is how I grow and learn, but I get so frustrated when I cannot grasp something right away, and then tend to abandon it instead of "hanging in there". The easiest one is to Teach/Mentor Others. My teacher instinct comes out in this one as I do like working with others and helping them to learn, also. What a reward when it finally "clicks"! I sure hope it "clicks" in the next few lessons.
Right now I am working on RSS feeds. I understand the concept, but seem to get lost when trying to copy and paste and subscribe. It seems easy, but I must be doing something wrong, because I cannot seem to find it again. Hopefully, I can keep reviewing and eventually it will make sense. Maybe I am making it more difficult than it really is.

This is getting to be fun, now that I am learning more about this new "blogging" language.

Blogging and boggling!

Yes, my mind is boggled by all the information available. I am learning to use the internet in a whole new way. It is confusing at times, but I just keep going back over previous lessons to see if I have missed something and then go forward again.
